Kori Radloff
Marketing Project Manager

I have worked alongside a lot of talented people over the course of a long career, and I can say without hesitation that LeAnne Morman is one of the most gifted communicators and collaborators I have ever encountered. LeAnne joined our team at Omaha Performing Arts in a fractional capacity, stepping into a complex marketing project management role under circumstances that would have overwhelmed most people. She didn’t just survive the learning curve; she flattened it. Within a remarkably short time, she had mastered the nuances of our workflow and the many moving parts of a busy marketing department. We are a stronger team because of her time with us. What set LeAnne apart wasn’t just her technical fluency or her speed. It was the way she approached people. She sat down with me personally and walked through my projects one by one, helping me break each one into its component parts, clarify assignments and set realistic deadlines. She was communicative, patient and perceptive; and she brought both warmth and precision to every conversation. Working with LeAnne made me better at my job. That is not a small thing. If your organization is navigating complexity, managing change or simply trying to work smarter, LeAnne Morman is exactly the kind of partner you want in your corner. I recommend her with genuine enthusiasm and without reservation.

Lesley Brandt
Business Leader

I've known LeAnne for more than 7 years both as an event professional working with LeAnne to serve a mutual client then as a client of LeAnne's. We took our firm to LeAnne when we needed expert writing skills for our own PR & social media. LeAnne was our first & only stop & the relationship continues to this day. LeAnne is a professional on every level & her attention to detail, timeliness & ability to tell the accurate story are unmatched. What I believe sets LeAnne apart from others is her ability to listen & translate spoken words into meaningful communication pieces. She is an expert interviewer & gleans more detail than I can imagine. In a world where everyone has something to communicate we have to stand out. I cannot recommend LeAnne Morman enough for taking brands to the next level.

Victoria Novak
Executive Director

I had the pleasure of working with LeAnne Morman during my time at AIM Institute and Metropolitan Community College, and I cannot recommend her highly enough for her expertise in public relations and project management. LeAnne is a true professional, bringing not only exceptional skill but also a level of creativity, strategic insight and the keen ability to dig into the details with a streamlined flow. These are the things that sets her apart in her field. In PR, LeAnne has a remarkable ability to craft compelling narratives that resonate with diverse audiences. Her keen understanding of media relations and her strong communication skills have consistently resulted in successful campaigns that enhanced brand visibility and credibility with the AIM Brain Exchange and Corporate training at MCC. She knows how to build and maintain relationships, both internally and externally, which is critical for any PR initiative. On the project management side, LeAnne is highly organized and efficient, always keeping projects on track and ensuring that every detail is meticulously managed. Her ability to handle multiple projects at once, while meeting deadlines and maintaining high-quality standards, is truly impressive. She may not know that while she was doing, she was also teaching. I have learned how to add those tools in my own leadership. She is a natural leader who inspires her teams and drives them toward success, all while remaining approachable and supportive.

10 years in news, 10 years in PR and a few things I know for sure

As I've reflected on my two career chapters side by side over the last week or so, what stands out most is not a list of job duties or accomplishments. It’s people. They are the throughline, and that's why I loved the work I did then and why I love the work I do now.
